When you arrive for your session in Berlin, our training room can be found on the top floor of Haus 6, take the elevator to the top and follow the signage to the training room.

Travel from the centre of Berlin to the shop takes approximately 35 minutes depending on your place of stay.

By Train - The closest S-Bahn station is Wilhelmsruh, it can be reached on the S1 and S26 lines which run regularly from the city centre, BBM | Clair is a 10-minute walk from the station exit.

By Bus - Depending on which direction you are coming from, the park is served by multiple bus routes, most of which end close to the park with a 10-minute walk to the BBM | Clair Shop.

By Car - Limited parking is available at BBM | Clair on a first come first served basis, and a space cannot be guaranteed or reserved.

By Push bike - If you are brave enough to face the Berlin Winter, your bike or scooter can be securely stored in the warehouse upon request.

We are unable to provide accommodation to training attendees, however, Berlin has many accommodation options to suit all budgets.

The closest hotel is Ibis Berlin Nord, 1.4km from the shop.

Yes, BBM Clair provides lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available.

If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know in advance of the session.

Unless otherwise specified, all sessions will be held in English.

If your session has specific requirements, then you will be informed separately ahead of time.

We would advise you to bring a personal computer loaded with any software specific to your session.

If your session requires a specific piece of software not available to the public then this will be provided to you by BBM Clair at the start of your session.

BBM Clair will not require a proof of vaccination or negative test for infection of COVID 19 to attend training sessions.

The wearing of protective facemasks will not be mandatory for attendees. However, if you feel unwell, or you have tested positive for COVID-19 then we kindly ask you to inform us of your situation and not to attend.
