Conditions of participation and payment 
The conditions of participation and payment of the IHK Chemnitz, which can be downloaded directly as a PDF file at www.ihk.de/chemnitz/agb are an integral part of the contract.

Production and publication of participant photos/videos 
During the event, photos/videos will be taken in which you may be depicted as a participant. These photos will only be published in the (online) media of the Chemnitz Chamber of Industry and Commerce in connection with the event in question. By registering, you contractually agree that the Chemnitz Chamber of Industry and Commerce may take photos of you during the event and use them for the aforementioned purposes.

Data protection notice 
IHK Chemnitz, Straße der Nationen 25, 09111 Chemnitz, phone: 0371-6900-0, e-mail: chemnitz@chemnitz.ihk.de is the responsible body within the meaning of data protection law. The purposes of data processing are the preparation and implementation of the respective event, including invoicing if applicable, the issue of certificates of attendance/examination certificates and duplicates if applicable, the further sending of event offers and the production and publication of participant photos for the above purposes.
