we are excited to welcome you to LinkedIn for Career Entry: From Profile Optimization to Finding a Job.

Would you like to create a convincing LinkedIn profile that leaves a positive impression on potential employers? Do you want to understand which elements really matter in order to be found by recruiters? And would you like to actively use your LinkedIn profile for your job search?

Then this workshop is exactly right for you!

In this online workshop you will learn:

  • How to create and optimize your LinkedIn profile in a professional and structured way
  • Which profile sections are most important and how recruiters evaluate them
  • How recruiters search for candidates on LinkedIn and how your profile appears in search results
  • How to use your optimized LinkedIn profile actively for job search and applications
  • How to build a relevant network step by step and remain visible on LinkedIn

What makes this workshop special is its strong practical focus. After each theory input, you will immediately work on the corresponding parts of your own LinkedIn profile. The goal of the workshop is that you leave with a professional and almost finished LinkedIn profile and a clear understanding of how to use it effectively for your job search. There will be sufficient time for individual questions.

  • Format: Online. You will receive the access link by email once your application has been successful.

Speaker

Julia Barden (www.juliabarden.com) is a psychologist with professional experience in the HR department of companies like Deutsche Bahn, the BASF Group and Commerzbank. She is the author of several books and Udemy courses on the German job market.
