You will receive a confirmation email and we will include you in the selection process. We will contact you as soon as the booking round is complete.
 

The programme will be published shortly before the festival. Artists will receive it daily on site if they are participating.

Performance times are Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. – a total of six performances over two days, each lasting 30 minutes. Each artist will also be interviewed briefly on the festival's main stage. Each artist may play one song after the interview.

Guests at the street music festival can vote for their favourite artists over the two days. The five most popular artists will receive additional prize money. The stages are numbered with letters. Each artist/group will receive a start number, which will be displayed on the stage where they are currently performing. This is important for the audience to vote and helps them get on the podium. The award ceremony will take place on Sunday at 8:30 p.m. on the main stage.

Street music should require as little equipment as possible. Instruments and any additional equipment you bring with you must be carried from stage to stage between performances. A small sound system is available on site, which should ideally be used – we only have ten minutes between performances to set up, and unfortunately there is not enough time for an extensive sound check!

We offer all visiting musicians and artists the opportunity to stay free of charge in our specially set up camp from Saturday to Monday during the festival. A regular shuttle bus runs between the camp and the festival grounds.

For artists who do not wish to stay in the free artists' camp, we provide a list of hotels and guesthouses (further information available on request). Accommodation costs are not covered by the organiser. The room prices listed are not binding; please contact the providers directly for the exact price. Artists staying at the camp will receive a free breakfast on site. Food vouchers (redeemable at the festival site) and free water will be provided daily at the artists' office.

All participating artists will receive an expense allowance. Street musicians from abroad will also receive a travel allowance. In addition, they are of course allowed to sell CDs and collect money in their hats.
